MDM - hub for mobility data

You don't have a lot of time, so you want to get everything you need in one place? The same applies to transport service providers. Often a wide variety of data, comparable and best of all immediately, are needed. Advancing digitalization has many advantages for the transport sector: the current information and underlying measures are available in real time.

In practice, all the data and information must first be collected and processed centrally. The logistics problem is the same, in the real marketplace and also in the digital world.
The German MobilitätsMarktPlatz (MDM) initiative was established for traffic-related data. This digital marketplace acts as a hub for mobility data with coordinated rules for its in- and output. It is dedicated to overcome barriers to data availability and exchange.

PRISMA solutions has been involved in the efforts in this regard from the very start of the initiative. A related article was recently published in the magazine "Straßenverkehrstechnik".
