The family-friendly corporate culture is not new at PRISMA, as we have had the seal of quality since 2017 and acquire it every three years in an audit process. Individual family-friendly measures that are tailored to the current needs of everyone involved are regularly developed together with employees. New additions in 2023 include, for example, the focus on “mobile working” and the introduction of a buddy system for new or re-entry into the company.
We are convinced that it is not enough to just take individual measures that highlight our family-friendliness - this is emphasized by managing director Nik Widmann. It is important to maintain a balance between family and work. And that's what we do. The promotion of family-friendliness at PRISMA solutions is not just an empty phrase, but rather a self-evident framework. We want to create an environment that enables worry-free work despite existing compatibility challenges. The certificate makes clear internally and externally that we are taking a clear position and are taking responsibility.
The positive effects of the family and life phase-conscious orientation at PRISMA are noticeable. Mutual appreciation and motivation within the company are also promoted and personal identification with the company is strengthened. And everyone at PRISMA solutions benefits from this!
