PRISMA is most family-friendly medium-sized company in Lower Austria!
Perhaps it's not typical for a company operating in the technology sector, but: PRISMA has been living the compatibility of family and career for decades. Family-friendliness is not an empty phrase, but is considered a fixed framework for creating an environment that enables working without worries despite existing challenges in the compatibility of work and family - whereas "family" does not only mean the traditional umbrella of the classical family, but includes all life models, as well as custody and care without age restrictions.
This fact was honored in a ceremonial setting on May 16, 2024 in St. Pölten: PRISMA was awarded first place in the medium-sized companies category according to the jury's decision!

The positive effects of the family and life phase-conscious orientation are noticeable in everyday company life. Managing Director Nik Widmann is convinced that it is not enough to emphasize family-friendliness with some individual measures. "It is important to live it. And that is what we do. The award as the most family-friendly company shows us that our initiative not only has an internal impact, but is also visible externally. This is important to us because we want to show that we take a clear stance and assume responsibility when it comes to the issue of work-life and work-family balance."
The activity framework includes measures for maternity leave management, life-phase-oriented work models, an information policy tailored to hybrid working methods, the promotion of community and exchange, and joint leisure activities, including with the motto "bring your family." The measures are regularly evaluated and redefined - always in cooperation of management and workforce.
But that's not all: PRISMA has other seals of approval that underline the family-friendly and health-conscious corporate culture. For example, PRISMA has regularly renewed the "audit berufundfamilie" certificate since 2017, has the additional "mobile working" certificate, and is carrying the seal of approval for corporate health promotion (CHP) for more than ten years.
After all, there is always something to optimize!
