BAU-ER team meeting in Austria

Setting the course for successful project completion

At the beginning of October 2024, a further chapter was opened in Mödling as part of the intensive project work taking place in the BAU-ER project (construction site and event management) of the state capital of Munich. During a meeting of members of the project teams involved from Germany, Austria and Italy, experiences were exchanged and initial planning for the next project phase was started.

In BAU-ER, together with our partner BERENICE, we are developing a bundle of software tools for the state capital of Munich for a uniform coordination option for events. These include procedures for their administration and approval, including fee calculation. The processes required for this are to be standardized across the city's departments and municipal companies and made accessible to all those involved without any loss of communication.

Our TRAFF-X® tools for event management and digital approval procedures bring many improvements in this context, so that traffic and other impacts of special uses are reduced and conflicts of use are taken into account - ultimately an improved overview of spatial and temporal relationships.
