BGF seal of approval 2022-2024 for PRISMA solutions

PRISMA solutions confirmed as a healthy business

Our company received another award. This time it is the seal of approval for “Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung” from the ÖGK (Österreichische Gesundheitskasse). Since the first award for the period 2016-2018, we have been able to continuously implement measures, achieve great success and establish health promotion in the company. The seal of approval now awarded is valid until 2024.

For the new period, we have planned a lot. Many measures of the past few years have proven their worth and we are therefore continuing them. New is the program "Gesundes Führen", which focuses even more on the point of view of all employees and looks at the issue of health in the workplace from a wide variety of perspectives - from physical over psychological to social aspects.

We are now also placing a central focus on the topic of "hybrid working". Only offering more opportunities to work from home is clearly not enough. It is just as much about flexible working time models as it is about the necessary adaptation of internal communication structures. By that, we want to create an environment that will continue to meet the needs of all our employees in the best possible way - regardless of the general conditions caused by the pandemic.

The new seal of approval “Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung” strengthens our conviction that this path is absolutely the right one!
