Corporate health promotion continues to be a top priority at PRISMA

Another successful extension of seal of approval

PRISMA solutions has been awarded the "Workplace Health Promotion" seal of approval for the fourth time. On March 19, 2025, the Austrian Health Insurance Fund honored companies in Lower Austria for successful measures to promote the health of their employees.

For us at PRISMA, the topic of workplace health has always encompassed more than just physical criteria, but is viewed from a variety of perspectives, including psychological and social aspects. In addition to continuing proven measures to support a healthy work-life balance, newly defined measures for the quality seal period until 2027 specifically address flexible working models and communication structures.

The award ceremony, held in a festive setting, also highlighted PRISMA's holistic approach to health. The Austrian Health Insurance Fund particularly appreciated the opportunity for all employees and management to meet regularly in a project-free setting. "Experience has shown that informal meetings, free from work-related topics, promote personal exchange, better understanding, and understanding of one another, as well as different lifestyles and challenges," emphasizes Managing Director Nik Widmann.

The positive effects of a health-conscious approach are not only noticeable in everyday company life. By honoring the Corporate Health Promotion seal of approval, the exemplary corporate culture practiced at PRISMA is also underscored by our image as an attractive employer.
