Digibus® Austria in Salzburg

News from the pioneering project

Digibus® Austria researches and tests the operation of automated shuttles in local public transport. Above all, it is very promising to use them as transporters to and from intermodal mobility nodes (“first / last mile”) or to reach local centers.

As a corporate partner, in addition to our responsibility for the Lower Austrian test tracks in Wr. Neustadt and Teesdorf, we contribute our expertise and solutions on the subject of digital data infrastructure as an innovative SME.

A shuttle is now being tested in regular operation in Salzburg: in August, September and October 2020, interested persons can ride the Digibus® in Koppl free of charge.
