Project moveBW
Our best practice in terms of cooperative traffic management goes live
Germany. The project, which has started in Baden-Württemberg at the end of 2016, now provides nationwide real-time information on road traffic. The goal of interlinking the data landscape for innovative mobility even better than before was achieved and resulted in the creation of a platform for traffic data and routing information for the Stuttgart region. The first municipalities are already working with the system - others will go live soon. In addition to public authorities, research and development projects can also use this data, which supports the underlying idea of cooperation.
We are proud to be involved in such a forward-looking project with our well-founded and long-standing expertise in information integration and data platforms. We enable cooperative traffic management between neighbouring municipalities, cities, associations and control centres and thus support the implementation of region-wide traffic strategies.
