ISO 9001:2015 – a milestone that bears our signature.

Quality is not created on paper; it emerges where people take responsibility, share knowledge, and develop solutions together. This is precisely what the "PRISMA.spirit" represents—and it is now also reflected in our quality management system, which has been successfully certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The path to this certification required a close look at our own work: making accumulated experience visible, questioning existing processes, and clearly defining responsibilities. "The challenge was to document what we practice every day—without sacrificing our flexibility. I am especially proud that we succeeded in this together," emphasizes our Quality Management Representative, Gudrun Schrömmer. The entire process was professionally guided by Günter Magdits, who brought over 30 years of experience in management consulting to the project.

The result is more than just a set of documents; it is a shared understanding of how we wish to collaborate and evolve. For our clients, this means clear processes, transparent decision-making, and a reliable foundation for our partnership.

PRISMA Managing Director Stefan Kollarits, who closely oversaw the entire process, notes: "This certificate is a tribute to our entire team. It validates our commitment to quality—while simultaneously challenging us to remain curious and continue improving."
